Investigating the Problems Being Faced by the Judicial Libraries Users: A Quantitative Study Conducted in Malakand Division Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan

Overall, judicial libraries play a critical role in supporting the legal profession, promoting access to justice, and preserving history of law system. Therefore, major aim this research was investigate problems being faced by library users Malakand division KPK. To meet objective research, researcher employed quantitative design with closed-ended survey questionnaire for purpose collecting data. The data were collected from Judges Advocates. There 310 participants who participated study. According statistics participants, there 243 males 67 females. suggest that majority males. analyzed SPSS software, t-test, ANOVA test. found include lack computer terminals digital library, libraries' Lack prescribed textbooks, Slow internet speed, special skills required use resources, Non-availability law-related Library Location books very difficult, trained or professional staff knowledge regarding availability electronic resources services, No subscription desired journals, Printing, Scanning photocopy problems, OPAC facility.
